Shadow Sessions is a live coaching immersion experience designed for coaches who want to deepen their understanding of skill development, troubleshooting, communication, and athlete performance in real time. Rather than sitting through lectures or staged demonstrations, coaches step directly onto the floor alongside Coach Lain during a live athlete clinic environment—observing, asking questions, learning spotting strategies, analyzing technique, and applying concepts as situations unfold naturally. This is an opportunity to see not only what corrections are made, but why they’re made.
